We specialize in:

• Supply of natural stone, marble, and granite slabs.
• Cut-to-size stone fabrication.
• Sale of decorative stone specimens, sculptures, art pieces, curios and accessories.
• E-commerce sales and shipping of selected items.

Please note that due to the natural origin of our materials, each stone is unique and variations in colour, veining, and texture are inherent.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, if the product is unavailable or an error in pricing or description is found.
• Custom cut-to-size orders are considered bespoke and are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed on our website are in £/Pounds Stirling and include taxes as stated.
• Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout or additional cost as applicable to the item being purchased.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch or production (for bespoke orders).
• We accept credit/debit card, & bank transfer payments.

5. Product Characteristics

• Natural stone products may vary in appearance. Sample images or photos are indicative only in the samples area of our website.
• Surface imperfections, mineral deposits, or fissures are part of the natural character of stone and are an accepted characteristic of Natural Stone.
• We recommend inspecting slabs or samples before confirming an order, especially for custom fabrication.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver across the UK and international deliveries can be arranged
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, order size, and logistics.
• The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report any visible damage within 24 hours

7. Returns and Refunds

For Standard Products:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (where applicable under consumer law).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s cost.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection, less shipping and handling fees.

For Custom / Cut-to-Size Orders:

• Non-refundable once cutting or production has begun.
• In case of defects or damage in transit, we will arrange repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Installation and Use

• We are not responsible for damage arising from improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
• We recommend professional installation of all stone materials.
• Technical guidance provided by us is general and should not replace on-site assessments by qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
